The Lord steps in and restores when people think everything is lost. We are to walk with God by appreciating how to make the word of God the avenue by which we walk with Him. We take one text and ascertain the thought and then meditate on it until it becomes our own. Through that avenue we make our walk with God.
How has it been with you and walking with the Lord? It is the sense of God’s presence that actually is a prescription of our disease. Psalms 16 deals with the sense of God’s presence.
Psalms 16:8 I have set the LORD always before me: because [he is] at my right hand, I shall not be moved. 9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope. 10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. 11 Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence [is] fulness of joy; at thy right hand [there are] pleasures for evermore. Proverbs 4:21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 4:22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
We are living in the time of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the last moments of earth’s history and as we are under this outpouring, we want to be aware and co-operating with that.
Proverbs 4:20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they [are] life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. 23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it [are] the issues of life. 24 Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. 25 Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.
