6. The Judgement Is Set
By John Thiel, The Consummation of the Everlasting Covenant Conference, Study 6, mp3
The last ten studies have depicted the everlasting covenant in application. We went into the details in regards to the everlasting covenant in regards to the rock experience of Jesus Christ. That rock that depicted to us the encounter we make with God in the fact that our sins were taken by him in living realities. As we embrace that picture and see I am associated with that rock and I accept that rock and am broken, God lifts us up again and binds up our broken heartedness and applies the balm of Gilead. This everlasting covenant that God had foreseen is rejected by some and accepted by others. We saw how this everlasting covenant is played back and forward by others where those who build on the rock become living stones in the temple of the Lord.
Those who fabricate the pure representations of God’s word build another temple, a counterfeit. We saw how Satan is at work how he is trying to obliterate and destroy this true realisation by wiping out those who accept it. So that the false one could be exonerated so that people like Abel have suffered all the way down the line but God is safe guarding his rock, his temple. The people who have fallen on the rock and who have been bound up and who have responded to this everlasting covenant are now addressed in Revelation 14. These people living at such a time in which this message was first introduced and thereafter is addressed.

They find it impossible to believe that they, along with the vast majority of Christendom, are in error. They are doubtful that something so fundamental to Christianity, as they see it, could have come as the result an unauthorised change. However the Scriptures show that this is exactly what has taken place. A clear understanding of Daniel chapter 7 and the little horn can show this. Read the rest of this entry

2 Peter 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake [as they were] moved by the Holy Ghost. Daniel 7
CHAPTER 7 1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters. 2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds [war and strife] of the heaven strove upon the great sea [multitudes of people]. 3 And four great beasts [four great kingdoms] came up from the sea, diverse one from another. 4 The first was like a lion [Babylonian Empire], and had eagle’s wings [speed of conquest]: Read the rest of this entry |
