We have a problem with misapplying scripture. This problem is not a recent problem it has been happening for years. Did the Jewish nation misapply scripture? Did it matter if it did or not? It makes a difference to how and when we apply the words of God. To apply the words of God at the right time is present truth. Noah preached present truth to avoid the worldwide flood of water. We are not calling people to enter into a wooden ark because it is not present truth for us but as in the days of Noah so shall it be in the days of the Son of man, in that people are misapplying the prophetic declarations of God’s word. We have a problem today with the wheat and tares. The Bible clearly says let the wheat and tares grow together until the harvest. Misapplying the prophecies causes us to consider the harvest as a future event. In other words, we cannot start being dogmatic about the truth because the wheat and tares, the false and true have to be together. It is prophesied. People believe the wheat and tares have to stay together because it says let them grow together, do not start pulling them apart. What did the Lord say to those who wanted to come and pull them out? He said do not do it lest the wrong people are pulled out. People say the wheat and tares must grow together because the harvest is at the end of the world when Jesus comes so let’s get cosy with each other and do not worry about it. The second angel’s message states that Babylon is fallen. All the churches that rejected the message of the first angel fell and even within the church that proclaimed the first and second angel’s messages and now within the third angels message, among that company there is a need of identifying those that are faithful and those that are not. Shake Off the Dust

God has ordained that the messages of his word are to give us salvation personally and across the whole church. His word is to purify the church. We are living in these last days and we need to be aware of the time we’re living in. We need to understand the light and the day star prophecy so we can go through circumstances and experiences so we’re not thrown off our feet and left too surprised.
Revelation 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
19:8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

From our previous studies we have seen clear evidence that the Revelation 18 angel is another movement. This movement of messengers commenced in 1888. Two messengers were specifically named – EJ Waggoner and AT Jones in the 1888 Minneapolis General Conference session. It was the revelation of Jesus to his people they would come forth who are faithful to all the Commandments of God. The message of the 1888 angel created a rift in the church which some people opposed and had they not, it would have spread across the world and the Revelation 18 angel would have happened in great glory.
