Scripture reading: Mark 4:16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; 17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended.

We are living and dwelling in a grand and awful time in which wicked spirits gather around us, and we must fight a warfare. May God grant us an understanding to deal with these times in which we live. We want to explore the difficulties in our path as we are choosing to be Advent pilgrims in these last moments of earth’s history.

These pilgrims walk a narrow road, a road that leads higher and higher and which gets narrower and narrower; and to be able to continue to walk that path we need to be well versed in dealing with that experience. Read the rest of this entry →
