The Law Without Jesus

Scripture Reading: 1 Peter 1:22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, [see that ye] love one another with a pure heart fervently:
1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
We continue our consideration of the symbol of the children of Israel as they were travelling across the wilderness and as they came to the river Jordan and were called upon to sanctify themselves as on the morrow they would enter into Canaan. We are very close on the borders of the heavenly Canaan. Soon Jesus will come. The earth is ready to be dealt with. We today are to sanctify ourselves to cross into the Promised Land. Sanctify yourselves or make yourself holy. Sanctify means holy or set aside, or purify yourself. Read the rest of this entry
