Revelation 18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
This is the fourth angel the angel to lighten the world. How does this angel light the world? By the loud cry of the three angels’ messages. Adventists have been waiting for the loud cry to happen. We want to consider this lightening of the earth with its glory. Moses asked God to show him His glory. He expressed character traits to Moses. When the earth is lightened with His glory, it’s not the dazzling brightness like that of Hollywood, it’s the glory which is character. The character of God’s people is to lighten up the world. Scripture Reading: Romans 9:27 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved: 28 For he will finish the work, and cut [it] short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth. So long Thy power hath blest me, sure it still Will lead me on.
O’er moor and fen, o’er crag and torrent, till The night is gone,
And with the morn those angel faces smile,
Which I have loved long since, and lost awhile!
We are longing so much to meet and to be in peace with those angels in eternity. God’s people have cried throughout the ages, How long, O Lord. However just prior to His coming there are very few who cry that. Those who claim to be preaching the coming of Jesus are saying, My Lord delayeth His coming. No one wants to say that if they are longing for His soon coming. For us, we live in the closing scenes. We live in the time of the voice of Revelation 18:4. Verse 4 is part of the Revelation 18 angel (from verses 1 to 4) which has been sounding ever since 1888, and the powerful conveyance of pure truth has taken place ever since that time, and it is swelling to a loud cry. The final loud cry is verse 4:
Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. Read the rest of this entry

Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
Here are the candidates. If any man open the door I will come in and sup with him. Who will He sup with? Who is to be encouraged here? Not the people who are already self encouraged – I’m part of the church I’m a member of Gods church, I’m increased with goods I have need of nothing. The message to the church of Laodecia is for those living in our time today. God is speaking to the leadership of the church.
Revelation 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
The lukewarmness makes God nauseous. The claim is made by his church here:
Jeremiah 7:4 Trust ye not in lying words, saying, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, [are] these. Read the rest of this entry
