Easy to Be Entreated

By John Thiel, mp3, pdf

Scripture reading: James 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, [and] easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

John 17:3 …this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. Read the rest of this entry

Finding True Fulfilment in a Relationship with God

By John Thiel

There are all sorts of things in the world today that make you sad. One thing today is family dysfunction. There is global disaster where ever you look. We are protected here in Australia but in many places there is constant conflict and difficulty. There are many social disappointments even in the church. When we have looked for something to satisfy our selfish desires, we become disappointed with our desires of relationships that don’t work out as hoped. The wars in the world destroy natural and social events. There is a great amount of social insecurity. Where do these things come from? What is the source of these disasters and disappointments? The curse causeless does not come.

3. Relationships in the Home

By John Thiel, Relationships, Part 3,  mp3

We are living in the last moments of this world’s history in which we need to prepare ourselves to enter heaven. The relationships of heaven need to be learned here on earth before we get there. We concentrated in the last message in reference to a living connection with God. We need to have a relationship with God continually so we can have meaningful and peaceful relationships in the home, church and in society. The word of God says we need more than a theoretical knowledge. Many Christians are mere moralists. When it comes to relationships people love to moralize. They love to exchange the theory. We can moralize with what is meant to be but are we living that way? It is easy to moralize in regard to relationships but the life may not be fragrant. Read the rest of this entry

2. A Living Connection With the Living God

God’s relationship, the warm relationship that existed between Father, Son and Holy Spirit, was God’s purpose by creating seraphs and other inhabitants of other planets and finally this planet. It is my purpose to focus on that living connection with the living God whose purpose for us is to be a temple for the indwelling of the creator. The Godhead wanted to share that and Satan came and wrecked it. He was the highest of all the angels. The very heart throb of God in desiring to impart the precious relationship beauty that existed in the Godhead, that heart throb having being ruined by Lucifer, God wanted to restore. Light and Darkness

By John Thiel, mp3

Take the world, but give me Jesus.

The world, all its joys and comforts are of no real support when we see around us things falling down and all that people have planned and worked towards being lost; delays and discomforts. There is comfort in the Lord, and that can never be removed from us. With the considerations that we have in the fact that Jesus is very soon to return, and that all the things of this earth are to be destroyed, and we can see how it’s all crumbling around us, there is a preparation that is to be entered into with an intensity not yet seen. We need to occupy ourselves with something much higher than merely enjoying this planet; especially with regards to our social pastimes and our social interactivity with others around us. 2. Silken Cords of Affection

By John Thiel, Relationships in the Last Days Conference, Study 2, mp3

What is written in reference to affection in the last days?

2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

What is the peril? It is relationships.

2 Timothy 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Read the rest of this entry
