Ecclesiastes 1:9 The thing that hath been, it [is that] which shall be; and that which is done [is] that which shall be done: and [there is] no new [thing] under the sun.
1:10 Is there [any] thing whereof it may be said, See, this [is] new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.
1:11 [There is] no remembrance of former [things]; neither shall there be [any] remembrance of [things] that are to come with [those] that shall come after.

The most distinctive features of the remnant are found in the churches of Revelation 2 and 3 God’s remnant in all ages. The prophetic sketches point to Christ’s first advent spanning to the Second Advent as a particular point in time in the book of Hebrews.
Hebrews 9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. Read the rest of this entry

1 Corinthians 1:6 Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7 So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: 8 Who shall also confirm you unto the end, [that ye may be] blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We have examined the Old Testament and the New Testament to see Gods church from the time of Christ to the end. We will now examine the writings of Sr White to see the display of Gods remnant church. This is to experience the benefit of what 1 Corinthians has been saying to the people living just prior to the coming of Jesus. To the people who are to be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. To these people God has given the testimony of Christ which was to be confirmed in Gods people to come behind in no gift waiting for our Lord Jesus Christ. Read the rest of this entry

1 Corinthians 1:19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. 20 Where [is] the wise? where [is] the scribe? where [is] the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. 22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: 23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; 24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. 25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, [are called]: 27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, [yea], and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29 That no flesh should glory in his presence. 30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: Read the rest of this entry

The history of the Old Testament is a prophetic sketch for our time.
1 Corinthians 10:11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.
The things written for the children of Israel were written for an ensample to us upon whom the ends of the earth have come. As the picture of the scene of the heavenly sanctuary was an enactment of obedience for the children of Israel in reference to the story of salvation, it was also a prophecy of the work of Jesus in the heavenly sanctuary. Everything that transpires in the lives of Gods people is a type of symbolism of what God is doing. Read the rest of this entry

We’ve studied the prophetic sketches of the remnant church and we have concluded from the last study The Old Testament Sketches pointing to the remnant of national Israel. We arrived at John the Baptist who was the forerunner to Christ was the very seed of the woman and Christ and his disciples. At this time we want to explore the ongoing prophetic sketches spanning from the time of the remnant of national Israel to the final emerging of the company that Jesus prophesied in Matthew 28. Jesus speaks to this remnant; Read the rest of this entry

Scripture Reading: Genesis 3:13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What [is] this [that] thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. 14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou [art] cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: 15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
This scripture reading has so many segments that unless we are in tune with it, we will not be fitted for the terrible scenes and experiences that are coming and are already upon us. We will look at the selected points it is trying to portray.
Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Read the rest of this entry

Our purpose is to scan the Old Testament and New Testament prophecies and interface them. Also to look at the important points of Gods remnant people in history. We have observed the over arching prophetic sketch of Genesis 3:15 which Apostle Paul spoke of in Romans.
Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
We have established the above is the work of Christ and his soldiers, his remnant people.
Romans 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you. Amen.
What is he referring to? Malachi. When Satan and the wicked will be ashes under the feet of the saints. We want to understand the wide ranging principle of this for the final remnant. Examine the method when Christ bruised Satan’s head and how this bruising by Christ of Satan’s head is to flow on to the remnant. Remember the faithful remnant of Revelation. This is the New Testament sketch. Read the rest of this entry
