07 Living With Hope

Audio: Living With Hope

Proverbs 29:18 Where [there is] no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy [is] he.

Our study is about how to obtain attributes in our character that we may be in a state of love that is not sentimentalism nor passion but a principle and a characteristic which is the foundation of heaven.  As we obtain this state of being it will be ministered unto us an entrance into this place, the kingdom of love.

1 Corinthians 13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become [as] sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

13:2 And though I have [the gift of] prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

13:3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed [the poor], and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

13:4 Charity suffereth long, [and] is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

13:5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

13:6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

13:7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

13:8 Charity never faileth: but whether [there be] prophecies, they shall fail; whether [there be] tongues, they shall cease; whether [there be] knowledge, it shall vanish away.

These are the characteristics of God because the word says God is love. God suffers long, is kind, he doesn’t behave unseemly. He endures all things. God never fails. Charity has inside of it an ingredient called hope. It hopes all things. The question I ask is, do you desire to be in a place where there is no envy or strife? Where people don’t behave themselves unseemly? Do you desire to be in a place such as that? If you don’t the opposite is the only place to be. A place where there is no patience, no tolerance to individuality, to differences. There is no kindness, no joy and no peace. No gentleness. Instead there is violence, hatred, stress and anxiety, selfishness, lust, abuse, murder bloodshed greed, envy and jealously. Would you like to be in a place like that? Would you like to be in a time of peace or war?  War doesn’t have any patience. There is no tolerance in war. There is no kindness in war. There is no joy, peace, or gentleness in war. There is hatred, anxiety, stress, abuse, murder, greed, envy and war. Ask anyone who has been in a country where there is war. They are happy to leave. They are happy to get on a boat and leave. People can’t live in war.  The fifth trumpet which is a time of war. What does the scripture declare happens in those days of war?

Revelation 9:6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

Many people in time of war would rather take their life. Often people see death and it seems more promising than a life in war. In the news the US army suicide rate is the highest it has ever been on record this past year. The highest it has ever been in the US army. It is an army that conquers you think that everyone would rejoice. They want to die? In those days of this trumpet men will seek death. Whether it is literal war of killing or family or financial war or trying to make yourself achieve your goals in life. The financial crisis has been blamed for a spike in suicide rates and the drought in Australia has been blamed for suicide amongst farmers.  They don’t want to live. In city Las Vegas this year the suicide rate has jumped 10% and their suicide rate is double that of any other city in America.  This city of pleasure and gay time and people want to die. In Japan every 15 minutes someone kills themselves. In the past year over 300,000 people committed suicide. In the time of this trumpet men shall seek death. Is today any better? Where does war come from? Where does this war like experience that people want to get away from come from?

James 4:1 From whence [come] wars and fightings among you? [come they] not hence, [even] of your lusts that war in your members?

When countries are at war, it is only as result because the governments have been at war. They are always at disagreement, there is no unity. The communities are at war because there is war in the home. There is a side of us these attributes that we don’t like but they are there.

James 4:2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.

4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume [it] upon your lusts.

4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

This is where this war comes from. People around our planet are seeking death.

Proverbs 29:18 Where [there is] no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy [is] he.

What happens to the people? They perish. Where there is no vision, the people perish.

In order to reach the root of intemperance we must go deeper than the use of alcohol or tobacco.–Ed 202, 203 (1903). {1MCP 344.3}

We can blame all these intemperate things as the root of war but;

Idleness, lack of aim, or evil associations may be the predisposing cause.–Ed 202, 203 (1903). {1MCP 344.3}

A lack of vision, of hope.

Few evils are more to be dreaded than indolence and aimlessness. Yet the tendency of most athletic sports is a subject of anxious thought to those who have at heart the well-being of the youth. Ed 210, 211 (1903). {1MCP 344.4}

When the youth have nothing to do our society says as long as they are doing sport it’s better than crime. If the youth engage in the activity of sports, at least they are not in crime.

They stimulate the love of pleasure and excitement, thus fostering a distaste for useful labor, a disposition to shun practical duties and responsibilities. Ed 210, 211 (1903). {1MCP 344.4}

The sport world doesn’t stop people from entering into crime, this war like experience. The world teaches youthful labour is something to be shunned.

. They tend to destroy a relish for life’s sober realities and it’s tranquil enjoyments. Thus the door is opened to dissipation and lawlessness, with their terrible results. –Ed 210, 211 (1903). {1MCP 344.4}

Where there is no vision the people perish. The suicide rate has jumped 18% in one year alone. There is more sports being played but they take away practical enjoyment of labouring.

An aimless life is a living death. The mind should dwell upon themes relating to our eternal interests. This will be conducive to health of body and mind. {RH, July 29, 1884 par. 13}

What should our aim be? To win a trophy or to win a crown of life. To win a crown of life, these thoughts produce health in the body. A life that is aimless is a living death. A life that is aimless has no hope and is left to itself and is without God.  The bible declares this is our condition.

Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

Do you desire to have this state of love which has been displayed for us over the last seven studies on the series How To Enter into Love?’ What is an aim that hat has no hope, it is called imagination. You can dream about things but it won’t happen. There is plenty of imagination going on. Aim without hope is imagination and God saw what? The imaginations of every man were continually wicked. If you had aim and hope but no God. Job speaks of this experience. Many people in this life do have aims and hopes. It is the one reason why they live. Those who take the road of suicide have lost their aim and hopes and life is not worth living.

Job 8:12 Whilst it [is] yet in his greenness, [and] not cut down, it withereth before any [other] herb.

8:13 So [are] the paths of all that forget God; and the hypocrite’s hope shall perish:

8:14 Whose hope shall be cut off, and whose trust [shall be] a spider’s web.

8:15 He shall lean upon his house, but it shall not stand: he shall hold it fast, but it shall not endure.

This sounds like the foolish man that built his house upon the sand. He had hope but that hope left the imagination and became a house. Hope is the driving force of humanity and a man wants to build a house, he has his hope but if it is on the sand he has forgotten God and it won’t stand. The hope without God. They put their hope in what Job 31 declares.

Job 31:24 If I have made gold my hope, or have said to the fine gold, [Thou art] my confidence;

31:25 If I rejoiced because my wealth [was] great, and because mine hand had gotten much;

31:26 If I beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon walking [in] brightness;

31:27 And my heart hath been secretly enticed, or my mouth hath kissed my hand:

31:28 This also [were] an iniquity [to be punished by] the judge:

To have an aim, gold, wealth and that awakens a hope it can happen and that hope becomes the spur of many people’s ambition. When the financial crisis comes suicide rises because God fails. When drought comes to Australia and farmers lose their income then hope comes crashing down with their income. To have an aim without hope is an imagination. To have hope without God is foolishness. To have an aim and hope with God is how we are to live. Not with God in profession. There were many people who told God they did things in his name. The hypocrites hope shall fail because their hope is not in God alone. Some of you may have had hopes in your lives and they may have not come to anything.  Hope deferred makes your heart sick.

Proverbs 13:12 hope deferred makes the heart sick.

Why hope in God? It may not work why hope in anything it may not work? If these thoughts echo through your mind, you haven’t caught the heavenly vision. You haven’t caught the vision God is wanting us to see.

If men could see for a moment beyond the range of finite vision, if they could catch a glimpse of the Eternal, every mouth would be stopped in it’s boasting. Men living in this little atom of a world are finite; God has unnumbered worlds that are obedient to His laws and are conducted with reference to His glory. When men have gone as far in scientific research as their limited powers will permit, there is still an infinity beyond what they can apprehend. {CT 66.2}

Not just comprehend but apprehend. Science can’t get the heavenly vision. Human study can’t get the heavenly vision. Where does the heavenly vision come from?

Ephesians 1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

If something is revealed to you, do you see it? If you don’t see it, it’s not revealed. The spirit of revelation. How can I see, how can I catch the heavenly vision to spur my life? It continues.

Ephesians 1:18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

God wants to put before our minds eye what he is actually offering to us and it is nothing short of love. We started with asking the question, do you want to live in a state where there is patience, tolerance, peace, joy, respect, care and kindness? All these attributes. Do you desire to be in a place like this? This is the heavenly vision. This is our calling. God says be ye perfect even as your father in heaven is perfect. If we look at this statement, be ye perfect, if we look at it from mortal vision, it is impossible but if we see it through the spirit, it becomes a revelation. No longer thou shalt do this and that. It changes its vision. You will have love. You won’t be unkind anymore. That is the spirit’s vision to us. It is my prayer we can look at the law and see beautiful things. Christianity has despised Gods law and it’s worthy of being nailed to the cross. Not knowing that the law of ordinances was nailed to the cross.  To catch the vision.

“Something better” is the watchword of education, the law of all true living. Whatever Christ asks us to renounce, He offers in it’s stead something better. {1MCP 342.5}

We have to give something up. It may be our earthly vision but what does he want to replace it with? Something better. Praise his name. Didn’t he teach that to the disciples crumbling down when they saw the death of Jesus and they saw there is not much hope here. Jesus wanted to give them something better. It wasn’t the vision they had for Jesus to be crowned king and king of Israel. It was something better than to fill their fish with fish. Peter saw something better. Do you see something better or do all you see is your faults and failings of you and everyone around? Do you see something better? These wars are actually within us. This statement of unrest, no peace, violence, lust and no peace, it is within us.

Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

The bible tells us we have no hope in the world without God but then says but;

Ephesians 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition [between us];

2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, [even] the law of commandments [contained] in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, [so] making peace;

Isn’t that what we want? A place where it is peaceful? Here we are without hope in this world. Why? Because between us and Christ there is a wall. This wall that separates us from him. It is impossible to climb over. Two of us. God on one side, us on the other with no hope. But Jesus Christ is our peace and has broken down this wall and made two. Who are the two? Us who have this flesh of war and God? They are the two. Out of the two have made what? One man so making peace. Many Christians may say it is just good to hear about the hope of Christ but when it comes down to the nuts and bolts it’s too hard. They still haven’t caught the heavenly vision, something better. This is the experience when people come in and they soon leave. Do you know? The bible has declared this war in James.

Romans 7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but [how] to perform that which is good I find not.

No good thing. This is the place where people are committing suicide to get out of. The flesh is just reproduced into the family, community, governments and then the nations and we hate that war. But it is in my flesh. There is no good thing in my flesh.

Romans 7:18  For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but [how] to perform that which is good I find not.

The experience of a person who has started to catch the hope but not fully yet.  We come thinking something better great and then I find something better but I find something pulling me to something worse. This fighting.

Romans 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:

This is you. This is your mind. This is who you are, your character that longs for the law of God. Thou shalt love your neighbour, the lord thy God. I want this. I delight in it.

Romans 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

The hormonal system, the endocrine system, the nerves, everything comes into my brain to make war. I find this law working in me. All the hereditary issues that I have received from my grandparents, this is all here. How many experiences are mentioned here? There are two. There is the divine and the flesh. God, Jesus Christ has broken this wall down and has making one person out of two. Sinful flesh and a divine mind. That is what Jesus has done. One new man. a new person, a new creature. Something different. Before God our mind and flesh are corrupt and God, Jesus Christ before he came had a perfect mind and flesh but this middle wall of partition has broken down and Jesus has come to give us something better.

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

What makes you free from this law in your members? In Romans 7 he is not free from it. He is still failing. But there is a law of the spirit of life. Do you know what that law is? The law of the spirit of life.

Romans 8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

We want this state of love. This is nothing less than the law of righteousness and Jesus Christ has partaken of our sinful flesh and that calamity that you feel, that comes to you to tempt you to do wrong, that exact exp, that exact thing was placed in Jesus Christ and his divinity condemned that sin. Whose sin was it? Your sin, my sin, in our bodies, he condemned it. That is condemning them for producing righteousness in us.

5:21 For he hath made him [to be] sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

We are partakers of the same nature that Jesus Christ took of as our mind is renewed. The ingredients are identical so we can say his experience is mine. What was he made to be? Sin. Whose sin? Our sin. That we would be made his love, character. My penalties are fulfilled because I was placed in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christs character and glory is fulfilled in me because he is placed in me. Jesus Christ in you is what? The hope. How do I know that this hope will actually work?  How do I know that I will make it to the state and place of love? How do I know it will work? Because it did work. It has worked. It is not about will it work, it did work. My and Jesus Christ life are one, inseparable. The good experiences I have come from Jesus Christ and the bad experiences I have come from me. I have my bad experience because it’s men and I have his good experience because it’s he in me. It is identical. It worked for him and it worked for us.

Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

6:5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also [in the likeness] of [his] resurrection:

Was Jesus raised from the dead? Are you sure? Does your hope doubt that Jesus lives today? Why would God let his beautiful son die? Was Jesus accepted by the father? Does your hope doubt that? If you were the father, would you accept Jesus? Beyond the shadow of a doubt? Why do we doubt he will accept us?  Do you know who God accepted when he accepted Jesus? He accepted you. When the wars carry on, I want to die. So many people commit suicide. Die in Jesus because if you die in Jesus, you will be raised in him. How do you know it will work?  Because it did work. I have been risen. This transaction of our experience being wreathed into Jesus flesh, we still fail to comprehend the depths of that. If we comprehend the full vision of what Jesus Christ has done, we have this hope, this spur to the things we read. Sometimes when we read beautiful characteristic that we can live with that peace and hope, sometimes it makes people sick because they think but its not going to happen.  Why talk about it, you’re just teasing.  They haven’t caught the vision. Have you caught the vision of Jesus Christ?

Romans 6:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with [him], that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

6:8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:

Do you believe you will live with him? Do you believe you are dead with Christ? Are you waiting for a feeling that you are dead with Christ or will you with the mind believe it? How do I know it will work, because it did. Sometimes as we read this we think, all these thoughts, are great. But I don’t feel like it. I don’t feel that I have been freed. I still feel in this state of prison. I don’t feel all these things. Hope is a package in love. Hope can never be separated from joy, kindness or patience.

Galatians 5:5 For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.

Waiting for something? Hope that is seen is not hope. If we feel that we are all better now, in this place of love there is no hope to spur you on anymore, you are there. Are you in a state of love complete?  Are you in a place of love complete? Not yet. But will it happen? It will because it did. The connection of this package of love, patience and hope come hand in hand. Will we through the spirit wait. Sometimes we can’t wait to have all these characteristics, I want them now but the principles of heaven is like the mustard seed, the leaven. God is not a magician but a creator. Many people have hoped that when Jesus comes they will be like him but they don’t wait. For it says for we through the spirit wait. What is the spirit? We have the creation of God that God created the world and the word spake and the spirit worked. When we read the spirit, sometimes we think of some imagination dreamy thing that God is working. Sometimes we have a mystical appreciation of Gods spirit. The spirit is the action of God. The spirit moved upon the waters, the spirit moved and did things. When we are waiting in the spirit we are working. The bible says hope is a spur that works. We don’t sit on our elbows and wait.  It doesn’t appear that we are in this state of being like Christs glory.

John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

We are the sons of God, we have the glory of God. We have been raised. We have been resurrected. This predestination experience while ever we are in Christ has been done by Christ, us in Christ and the path is 100% locked in to all those who enter in to Christ. The bible say s right now it doesn’t appear that we are like this.

3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

It’s time for waiting.

John  3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

You see the working, waiting.  I don’t feel complete.  I don’t feel like I have these characteristics of love and my senses tell me loud and clear I’m far from it but this hope is the spur that drives us along.  We have aim, hope and we have a God.  Our hope is in Jesus Christ.  Everyone that has this hope in him will purify themself.  If we are not purifying ourselves we haven’t caught the vision. Everyone that catches a vision in this earth says right, I’m going to get up and do it.  I’m going to bend my back into the position of obtaining the vision I see and it’s nothing different than the spiritual life. Many Christians are waiting and not working this work is not in him, it is the hope of the hypocrite.  The hypocrites hope shall fail.  Lord, lord, we have done these things, we have done all these outward works but you didn’t have love.  It doesn’t profit you.  I don’t know you know and what a miserable state. Hope deferred will make them heart sick.  This hope, this working hope.  What if you get opposed and confronted?  Are you going to give up hope?  This hope is a helmet.  Put on the hope which is the helmet of salvation.

1 Thessalonians 5:8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.

This helmet which actually gives you a sound mind.

1 Peter 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

When Jesus is revealed in the clouds of heaven, our hope has come to fruition.  Hope is only for us on earth.

1 Corinthians 13:13  And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity.

When you have received that which you hoped for, you no longer hope for it.  Until you have received your hope you are to gird up the loins of your mind.  Put the belt around you and be strong in the lord.  When things oppose, when calamities and war on this earth come to us, our hope is above it all and our mind won’t be twisted into insanity but our minds will have this experience.  Jesus Christ had this.  He as a child, at 12 years of age, had this hope and he caught a vision.

For the first time the child Jesus looked upon the temple. He saw the white-robed priests performing their solemn ministry. He beheld the bleeding victim upon the altar of sacrifice. With the worshipers He bowed in prayer, while the cloud of incense ascended before God. He witnessed the impressive rites of the paschal service. {DA 78.1}

Rapt in the contemplation of these scenes, He did not remain beside His parents. He sought to be alone. When the paschal services were ended, He still lingered in the temple courts; and when the worshipers departed from Jerusalem, He was left behind.  {DA 78.2}

Day by day He saw their meaning more clearly. Every act seemed to be bound up with His own life. New impulses were awakening within Him. Silent and absorbed, He seemed to be studying out a great problem. The mystery of His mission was opening to the Saviour.  {DA 78.1}

His first visit to the temple had awakened new impulses. All earthly obligations were, for the time, lost sight of; but with the knowledge of His divine mission, and of His union with God, He did not resist the authority of His parents. {SD 129.2}

Any of us at age 12 can catch a vision. The children can catch a vision of what God wants for them and it will wrap your mind up. But notice.

Jesus did not ignore His relation to His earthly parents. From Jerusalem He returned home with them, and aided them in their life of toil. He hid in His own heart the mystery of His mission, waiting submissively for the appointed time for Him to enter upon His work. For eighteen years after He had recognized that He was the Son of God, He acknowledged the tie that bound Him to the home at Nazareth, and performed the duties of a son, a brother, a friend, and a citizen.  {DA 82.1}

Does that sound like he had a girt mind?  He had a helmet on that controlled his thoughts?  So many times we get a glimpse of earthly ambition and we jump up and race in to it, and we don’t count the cost and we build half a tower and every one laughs at us. The vision of heaven is a lifelong work and to hold onto a vision as a young person for 18 years to hold it takes strength and the strength is only as the strong as the hope that you have. The strength of your girt mind, the helmet that is on your head, is only as strong as the hope you have.  It is a earthly hope, it is only as strong as the earth.  If it is a heavenly hope, how strong is your hope?  Strong as heaven.  As Jesus became an adult, the praise of heaven didn’t elate him.  He wasn’t discouraged when people smote him.  When he was crossed, and he received opposition, he didn’t throw up his arms in rage, someone is destroying my hope!  His hope was as strong as heaven.  The gates of hell couldn’t prevail against such a hope and that hope is our privilege to have. There is a vision and that vision is something better.  Something better than our flesh to rule our body.  It is the divine love to rule. This path is locked in.  If you are in Christ you have a locked in path.  You have an expected end. You should know what is coming.

Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

Can you see the path?  The calling, the justification, the glorification, the sanctification?  This is a locked in path to all who chose Jesus Christ.  There is no wondering oh is the stock market going up or down?  Oh is heaven displeased with me now?  Maybe tomorrow heaven will be upset with me.  If you are in Jesus Christ and if you are longing to be free from this body of death whether you are at the time or not.  If you are in a submission state in Jesus Christ waiting for this hope to be revealed you have a locked in path that can’t fluctuate with this world.  It is a rock, it won’t move.  The promises of God are yay and amen. Not maybe, if.  If you are in Jesus Christ the promises of God are yay and amen full stop.  That is your life, rejoice, there is an anchor for the soul.

Romans  8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us?

8:34 Who [is] he that condemneth? [It is] Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

It’s sure.  Resurrection is sure.

Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Will we want to commit suicide when the drought comes, when the financial crisis hit’s us when the war comes in and we are in this awkward situation?  No.  Who can separate us from this hope.

8:36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

8:39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

That is the hope.  This hope we have an anchor to our soul sure and steadfast.  It is in the veil, it’s in heaven.  No thief can corrupt, no rust deteriorate it, no wind blow it over.  What a vision that we can be free from our flesh and while it doesn’t appear so we hope in strength with this helmet.  .  With this girt mind.  People can sleight us, it doesn’t separate us from the love of God.  People can disfellowship us, it doesn’t separate us from the love of God.  Will your anchor hold in the storms of life?  Will it?  Do you live with hope  living with hope.  Catch the vision by the spirit of Revelation.

Amen.
