25. The Internet Headquarters of the Universe

Hebrews 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
10:20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

What is this saying to us? That we now are to come to the heavenly Sanctuary which is a new and living way. While the earthly Sanctuary was made of inanimate objects, it was a dead representation. This is a new and living way. We would therefore expect that everything of the heavenly Sanctuary was living – correct? Not symbolic, not shadow, but the very image. A living representation.

This launches out our thinking, the living way. The Hebrews was inanimate, Gods must be animate. In the Hebrew symbolism, the activity of the inanimate was to picture the activity of the animate. In the Hebrew Sanctuary, sins were transferred in symbol.

The Investigation of the Sanctuary

Christians today are saying it was all done at the cross, but what else has to be done?

Hebrews 8:1 Now of the things which we have spoken [this is] the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;
8:2 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.

Since Jesus was sacrificed on the cross as the sin offering, what did he do next? A high priest, what did the priest do with the sin offering? He ate it and took the blood. Let us investigate more as we look into this life giving message. Here we see that Jesus on the cross was the sin offering, then he became a high priest, in the sanctuary, that the lord pitched and not man.
